Marlin Benedict at the Bite Me Fish Market (Kona, Hawaii)

Today was my first experience eating breakfast at the Bite Me Fish Market in the harbor of Kona, Hawaii. I went here on a previous day in the afternoon and ate their fish tacos (which are incredible!), so I was pretty sure that the breakfast would be good as well. When we walked in the waitress told us that the dishwasher was being worked on and the maintenance guy had cut the water to the building so there was no water or coffee, but they had plenty of orange juice. I had been thinking about a fresh fish Benny since I woke up, and I was already pretty energized from my morning run so I agreed to go for a coffee-less breakfast. We sat outside with a view of the many boats in the harbor and were joined by the restaurants cat "Fish" for a glorious Benedict Breakfast with Marlin that was caught the previous afternoon. As I enjoyed the delicious Benedict with the company of Fish I could not help but think about how lucky I am be be enjoying another Benedict in Paradise!
