Lobster Benedict In Hana, Maui

      Took a adventurous drive down the famous "road to hana" with some friends in Maui this past weekend and went camping at the beach. After waking up in the back of my van after a hilarious night was on the hunt for some good breakfast but everything was closed as it was sunday.

      After some searching found that the resort Hotel Hana was open and we sat down overlooking a great vista of the ocean. To my delight I saw they had a plethora of Benedict's available from Florentine to Crab Cake. The Lobster Benedict caught my eye and I had to have it. The combination of fresh lobster and their home made hollandaise sauce was delectable and paired with a tall bloody mary and the incredible view it truly was once again A Benedict In Paradise.
